The Gas Isolator

Turn the Yellow Isolator to in this position to turn off the supply of Gas

Turn the Yellow Lever downwards to turn on the supply of Gas
To light the stove top burners
- Ensure the Yellow Isolator is turned on
- Ensure the burner is turned to off
- Turn knob to the pilot position and depress knob.
- While Holding the down, light the burner
- When lit, hold the knob in for 15 seconds
- If the burner does not light repeat steps
- Turn the control knob to adjust the gas flow
- When finished cooking turn the knob to the
To Light the Oven
- Ensure the Yellow Isolator is turned on
- Ensure the burner is turned to off
- Turn knob to the pilot position and depress knob.
- While Holding the down, light the pilot burner
- When lit, hold the knob down for 15 seconds
- If the burner does not light repeat steps
- Turn the control knob to ON or to desired temperature
Emergency shut off
- Push red button in
- to turn off the gas in an emergency.
- The Grey Switch on the left is the Exhaust fan.
- Turn this off also in a stove fire.
- To reset pull out the emergency stop
- This relies on Power to keep the gas supply on. In a power outage or if a circuit breaker trips
- you will not be able to use the stove.
