Welcome to Brownsea
Brownsea is a small site, only catering to a few at a time. Access is limited.
- Tents or vans with toof top tents are ok.
- We don’t have the space for Caravans, MotorHomes, larger RVs, Trailers’. See below for a guide to what fits
- There are no powered sites, however there are power points available in the main building to charge phones etc

How do we Book?
- Make a booking below.
- We do not accept bookings over the phone or in person
- Green means a site is available. Red fully booked out and white not available
Note the rate shown is a per Person per night rate not a per campsite rate.
- Instructions on how to access are in the booking email. Check your Junk Spam folders before calling us
- When you make a booking you will receive via email the key code and the location of the key box. Make sure you supply us with the correct email and check your spam folder

When can we arrive?
- Check in With the access code you can arrive anytime after the check in time of 3pm.
- Check out – We ask that you check out by 1pm
- Please do not arrive on Sundays before 3pm when the site is used for Scout activities.
How do we get access?
- Your code will be emailed to you
- Sites 6 and 7 are in the carpark at the front. Look for Blue lights as site markers
- Sites 1 to 4 need to be accessed by our neighbours boomgate. The access token to the boom gate is in a locked box. Look for Blue lights and numbers as markers.
- Sites are not pre allocated. We encourage you to write your name and checkout on the board by the downstairs keybox, to let others know the site you have chosen.
- The code will provide access to the toilet /shower block through the electronic keypad near the male toilet door. For your security and privacy we ask that you keep the male and female shower block doors closed.
- The key next to the dining room sliding door, will provide access to the dining room kitchen. The other sliding door is normally bolted closed
- If you unlock it you are the one to relock doors when you are finished

Is there a Washing Machine?
- There is a washing machine on the second floor that you are welcome to use.
- Supply your own detergent
- There is no dryer but plenty of hanging space
Other Rules
- Absolutely No fires, in drums or otherwise.
- Please leave the facility clean and tidy after your stay. Rubbish out and the all doors locked and secure.
- Note Cameras operate in the area for your safety and security
- Please respect others with music, alcohol or other drugs.
- We reserve the right to refuse entry or ask you to leave.
