Here are a few Key Points with information you need to know. Please read this and the booking email before calling us.\u00a0We are volunteers with day jobs which means you may find it hard to contact us during the day. Best method is text or email.<\/p><p>Brownsea is a small site, only catering to a few at a time. Access is limited.<\/p><ul><li>There are no powered sites, however there are power points available in the main building<\/li><li>When you make a booking you will receive via email the key code and the location of the key box. Make sure you supply us with the correct email and check your spam folder.<\/li><li>The code is unique to your room and will provide access to the toilet \/shower block through the electronic keypad near the male toilet door as well as the Kitchen key box. Do not share this code.\u00a0<\/li><li>For your security and privacy we ask that you keep the male and female shower block doors closed.<\/li><li>The key next to the dining room sliding door, will provide access to the dining room kitchen. The other sliding door is normally bolted closed. Please relock doors when not in use.<\/li><li>There is a washing machine on the second floor that you are welcome to use. Currently it will need the extension to plug it into a power socket.<\/li><li>Absolutely No fires, in drums or otherwise.<\/li><li>Please leave the facility clean and tidy after your stay. Rubbish out and the all doors locked and secure.<\/li><li>Check in &#8211; check out.
